打造家園，形塑世界

I bought this for the traditional California architecture and stayed for the close-up chapters on plaster cornices and hand-carved mantels. The photography is genuinely gorgeous, and the measured drawings make it feel like a reference book, not just a coffee table one.

The detail shots of the millwork and stair halls alone are worth it — I keep flipping back to the chapter on traditional California houses. Paper quality is hefty enough that it lies flat when open, which matters more than I expected.

The photography alone is worth it — I've been leaving this on the coffee table and guests keep picking it up. The floor plans and close-up detail shots make the traditional California architecture easy to actually study, not just admire.
