I was expecting crisp, and these percale sheets delivered — cool and smooth from the first night. The hemstitch border looks so tidy on the bed, and they've softened up nicely after a couple of washes.

Washed these before the first use and they came out even softer, with barely a wrinkle. The hemstitch border is a nice quiet detail that keeps the white from looking plain. Percale that actually feels smooth against your skin, not scratchy like some I've tried.

The hemstitch detail along the edge looks really elegant on the bed, much nicer than plain sheets. Percale is a bit wrinkly straight out of the dryer, but once it's on the mattress it feels smooth and cool. Happy with the purchase overall.
