The sateen tape trim along the edge gives it such a crisp, tailored look on the bed. First night sleeping on the percale and it felt cool and smooth, not stiff at all like I half expected.

I was worried 600 thread count percale might feel stiff, but these sheets came out of the first wash soft and crisp at the same time. The 1" sateen tape is subtle enough that it doesn't shout, just a clean finished line against the white.

The 600 thread count Egyptian cotton percale feels crisp and cool, exactly what I wanted for summer nights. That thin sateen tape detail along the edge gives it a clean, tailored look without being flashy. Washed them twice already and they've held up nicely.
