The fabric feels substantial in a way I didn't expect from a printed duvet — it's got a nice weight without being stiff. The print itself is the reason I bought it, and seeing the chrysanthemum pattern in person it reads more like something from an old family home than a new purchase.

The chrysanthemum print is even richer in person, and the duvet cover has held up through three washes without any fading. It gives the bedroom that classic Hyannis Port look I was after.

The chrysanthemum print is bold but the colors are muted enough that it doesn't overwhelm the room. Fabric feels substantial, not thin like some duvet covers I've had. Wish the shams were sold separately, but that's a small thing.
