Washed it before the first use and it came out even softer, no shrinkage that I could tell. The 300 thread count cotton sateen has a nice weight to it, cool but not flimsy. Fits my mattress snug without popping off the corners at night.

The sateen weave really does feel silky against my skin, way smoother than the percale set I had before. It stays tucked around the corners all night too, which I honestly didn't expect.

I've washed this fitted sheet three times now and it still has that smooth, almost cool feel against my skin. The 300 thread count cotton sateen holds up way better than the cheaper sheets I used to buy.
