This graceful coverlet marries two perfectly complementary designs: the Petra diamond matelassé with Astor Braid embroidery, the latter a bold motif from Schumacher’s celebrated collection of tapes and trims. Inspired by Matouk's popular Astor Braid sheeting, this coupling can live as a stylish and colorful centerpiece or as a harmonious accent to many Matouk Schumacher favorites.

The Astor braid embroidery along the edges looks even better in person than on screen—it adds just enough detail without being fussy. Draped it over our duvet and the whole bed instantly felt more finished.

The diamond matelassé texture is so soft and lightweight, perfect for layering in warmer months. I've washed it twice already and the quilting hasn't puckered at all.

The braid trim along the edges is what sold me, it gives the whole thing a tailored look without being fussy. Layered over my white sheets it holds up nicely and hasn't shifted after a few washes.
