The two-tier shape is what sold me, and it works perfectly for hummus with veggie sticks around the rim. The mango wood is lighter than I expected and the striation on mine is really pretty.

Used it for chips and guac at a small get-together last weekend and it looked far nicer than the price suggests. The mango wood has real weight to it, and the dip well is deep enough that nothing sloshed over. Handcrafted shaping means mine leans slightly, but that's part of the charm.
