The matte finish is nice but what really got me is the tube packaging—sturdy enough that I can store it on a shelf without the box getting crushed. The muslin bag is a thoughtful touch too, way better than a plastic ziplock for keeping the pieces together between sessions.
The pieces have a nice matte finish so there's no glare under my lamp, and the 22x28 size fits perfectly on my coffee table. I also love that it comes in a tube with a muslin bag instead of a flimsy box — way easier to store between sessions.
The vintage fish illustrations are gorgeous, and the pieces fit together with a satisfying snap. Only complaint is the tube packaging — getting the pieces out without spilling them everywhere takes some care. The muslin bag inside is a nice touch for storage.
