The chevron pattern in that umber glaze looks way richer in person than I expected, and the folded trim gives the rim a clean finish. It's holding a surprising amount of blankets by the couch without sagging at the squared base.
The flat-weave split rattan feels sturdy enough to hold firewood by the fireplace, and the squared bottom sits flat without wobbling. The folded trim around the top is a nice touch I didn't expect to notice.
The umber glaze gives it a warm, almost antique look that fits right in with my living room. It's sturdier than I expected for split rattan, and the folded trim around the top keeps the shape nice when it's loaded up with blankets.
