Steven P. ★★★★★

The two French journalists behind this really did their homework — each of the 100 moments gets proper context instead of just a photo and a caption. I've been reading one entry a night and the Jesse Owens section alone made me go back and rewatch the footage.

Hannah ★★★★★

I didn't expect a book about Olympic moments to make me tear up on the train, but the way these two journalists tell each story gets you invested fast. The photos alone are worth it, and I've already gone back to reread the chapter on the 1968 podium salute twice.

Avery ★★★★★

The short chapters make this perfect for reading a moment or two before bed, and the writing by the two journalists is genuinely vivid. I didn't expect the photos to be this striking, they really pull you into each event.
