The weight of this mill in my hand tells you it's built to last, and the natural wood looks even better on the table than I expected. I twisted the u'Select dial to a coarser setting for my pepper and it clicked into place nicely.

The u'Select grind adjustment dial actually works—I twisted it finer for table salt and coarser for pepper, and both came out consistent. Feels solid in the hand too, not flimsy like the electric one I gave up on.
