The shagreen texture looks way more expensive than what I paid, and the brass trim catches the hallway light nicely. The removable brass tray is a smart touch for emptying out water without hauling the whole thing to the sink.
The shagreen finish has a subtle texture that looks way more expensive than what I paid, and the brass trim catches the light nicely by the front door. The removable brass tray inside is a smart touch for catching drips after a rainy walk. Really happy with how it anchors the entryway.
Bought this to catch the dripping umbrellas by my front door and it does the job without looking utilitarian. The brass trim and mappa burl interior feel genuinely upscale for the price, though the removable tray is a little fiddly to pull out when it's wet.
