Molten-mezuza

The way the light rolls across the uneven surface makes it look like it's still cooling. The scroll fits snug and the mount went up in a couple of minutes. It's the first thing guests comment on when they walk in.

The molten texture caught my eye the second I unboxed it, and it looks even better mounted by my front door. That handcrafted, slightly irregular shape gives it way more character than the plain ones I've had before.

The mezuzah arrived yesterday and the color shifts differently in every light. I hung it on the kitchen doorframe and it somehow makes the whole hallway look more intentional. The molten texture alone is worth it.
