Rolled up two throw blankets and they fit perfectly in this oval basket next to the couch, and the abaca texture actually looks nicer in person than in the photos. Sturdy enough to hold its shape when full.
The handwoven abaca fibers have this great chunky texture that makes the whole room feel warmer. I've got it holding magazines next to the couch and it's sturdier than I expected for something so light.
Tossed it by the fireplace filled with rolled-up blankets and it instantly made the corner feel cozier. The oval shape fits neatly against the wall without wasting floor space, and the handwoven abaca has this nice nubby feel you want to touch.
