The angled blade makes it so much easier to get a clean snip at the right length without burning my fingers. I've been trimming before every burn now and my candles last noticeably longer.
The brass finish looks genuinely nice sitting out on my coffee table, not something I feel the need to hide in a drawer. That angled head makes it easy to snip wicks down to the right length without tipping the candle or dropping clippings everywhere.
Didn't realize how much I needed one of these until I actually used it. The brass finish looks nice sitting out on the coffee table, and it snips wicks cleanly to the right length before every burn.
