The gold border catches the light beautifully without looking flashy, and you can tell a real hand did the painting. Used it for serving pastries at brunch and it instantly made the table feel fancier.

The hand painting is genuinely delicate — you can see the tiny brushstrokes on each leaf, and mine has the painter's signature on the back. It's a bit larger than I pictured, which actually works well for serving pastries at brunch.
